Description
This pattern is designed for light to medium weight knits with at least 30% stretch. The ideal stretch is 50% in both horizontal and vertical directions.
Suggested fabric types are Cotton Lycra, Bamboo Lycra, DTY, ITY, DBP, swim or other knits with at least 5% Spandex, Lycra, or Elastane. Structured knits (such as Cotton Lycra French Terry, Ponte, heavyweight sweater knits, etc.) are not recommended as the ruching will not gather as expected.
**Always pre-wash your fabric. Prewashing removes chemicals from the manufacturing process and pre-shrinks your fabric.**
The pattern includes sizes preemie to kid’s size 20 and includes the following options:
- Front Necklines: Boat neck, V, Crew
- Back Necklines: Boat neck, V
- Sleeve Options: Short, Elbow, 3/4, Long, 3/4 with ruching, Sleevless.
- Length Options: Standard or ruched
