My goal in creating this site is two-fold.
- Provide a comprehensive resource for sewing techniques and PDF pattern reviews.
- Provide a platform to boast about my own amazing creations.

A little about me:
I’ve been sewing since I was 10. I won’t tell you how many years that is, but trust me, that’s a long time, lol. I remember my mother laying the sewing machine pedal on a box so my short, little legs could reach it. My Barbie dolls were very fashionably dressed back then.
In the last few years the world of online pattern and fabric retailers has blossomed. Trying to navigate this not-sew-secret society can be daunting and intimidating. Most companies are small business run by Work-at-home-moms (WAHMs) and trusting them with your hard earned cash can be nerve wrecking. As this blog progresses, I will provide a list of my personal preferred retailers. This should give you some peace of mind as you delve into your new sewing obsession… trust me, it will be an obsession!
